Our Structure
EUROPEN is an international non-profit organization (aisbl) registered under Belgian law with headquarters in Brussels. It is controlled by its Council of Members comprised of all corporate and national organization members. The Council of Members elects an Executive Committee which appoints a Managing Director responsible for administering the EUROPEN Secretariat. Committees, working groups and task forces, drawn both from members and (where appropriate) outside resources are established as necessary and meet as often as required to deal with specific issues.
The Council of Members meets up to three times per year and adopts an annual activity plan. EUROPEN finances its activity from membership fees set annually by the Council of Members.
